Curren$y - Pilot Talk II

It's taken me awhile to analyze and do this review because I've gave Pilot Talk II numerous listens, At first I had mixed reviews but bottom line is Curren$y's career might be coming to a closer. Even though he has one of hip hop's legendary producers Ski Beatz (who's produced Jay-Z - Dead Presidents, Feelin it and various Camp Lo tracks) Ski still can't save the same sounding sleeping voice of Curren$y. Unlike his first Pilot Talk album you don't see alot of big name featured artist on this LP besides Raekwon the Chef, I was kind of stomped to see Spitta rush this album, after all its only been a five month differences between Pilot Talk and Pilot Talk II. Maybe he was going for the same idea that DMX was to release two albums in one year(It's Dark and Hell is Hot, Flesh of my Blood). Only differences is Curren$y isnt going 7X platinum like X did within one year off two albums, matter fact he hasn't even went Gold with both numbers added up for album sales. The best track on this album was Famous which was release previously a year ago. At least the album cover is dope.
