¡BlaH!: School Spirit Part 2.

A week ago, I shared the Slaughterama 2010 experience, this week:

JMU SPRINGFEST 2010!!!

Last week at Slaughterama, I'd seen some wreckless and wild stuff, but JMU out did thereselves this time. Saturday morning, I woke up not knowing what to expect, and that exactly what came about, THE UNEXPECTED! Started the day off just like any other, headed over to the campus UREC to watch my man Shane and the Radford club team hoop. Met up with some friends over where the festivities were going on and went about Springfest. Hours went by with nothing but positive vibrations in the air til this happend:

You get the point! Crazy Day! Stuff died down but the campus was from that point on: In a declared state of emergency....Springfest 2010, next up: QUADFEST 2010

¡BlaH!: School Spirit

It seems like colleges all over tend to have some non school funded invent where people just party and get wreckless outside just because. Radford has Quadfest, JMU Springfest, and here at my school in Richmond. Some kids at VCU go to what is known as

SLAUGHTERAMA!!!

Leaving Monroe Park, heading down to Belle Island, the closer you go to the river, the more and more stuff you saw. Once you crossed the long walk bridge over the James River, all hell broke loose!

Let the games Beginning:

People all day participated in drinking, smoking, and watching crazy bmx/bike events. People Jousted on Double Decker Bikes, Played Chicken while people threw beers and powder at them, Bike Tug A War, and many more chaotic games...

¡BlaH!: Talk Abou Falling Off

Now this is some wild news! You ever listen to anyone back in the day, then all of a sudden they just fell off the scene...faded into the background smooth, and just never been in the news. This here is the perfect example of someone who just let go!

Remember this Guy:

Well he's landed into the news this week, and to my surprise, I see he's on Rick Ross status! This man let go! No homo, but we all remember the classic song, "How does it feel" and the video, this guy has now the freeway beard, rick ross gut, and charged with solicitation of prostitution...Dude looks like a retired football player or bummed out security guard! Just look at the pics

¡BlaH!: Modern Day Romance

Hanging out in the dorm today, a friend came threw and puts this youtube on. It's kind of funny, but I can't tell if the dude is serious...

Even if he isn't we all know we know someone who lives by this philosophy.

¡BlaH!: A Scenario That Seems All To Familiar

Watching this video, First off I couldn't help but laugh at Curren$y, it just doesn't get old. The face, the voice, just EW. Second of all, we all have been in a situation where you've been out drinking, having fun, and then one chick always has to come and start some havoc. That's just a situation that's all to familiar.

WTF: Diddy & Supreme

In the streetwear and fashion industry there have been brands out there that have been out for YEARS now and have consistantly been among the most well known and I guess you could say respected in the Industry. Supreme NYC is one of the very well known streetwear/skateboard gear/ just simply a clothing company that hold its honor. Not only respected by consumers high demand and recogniziton, there have been many brands out there that imulate the Supreme brand, especially playing off of its famous simple box logos.

I was on highsnobiety, and came across a video (which has been "removed by user") of P. Diddy doing a supreme photoshoot!

GOOOOO AHEAD WITH ALL THAT!

I'm sorry but I'm sure many out there will agree that Diddy is probably one of the corniest people out. Yes, hes very successful and good at what he does but, this is one place I personally think he doesn't belong. It'd be cool if Supreme put out a picture tee of him back in like the 90s with a Supreme shirt or something but whenever I see him, I just think Macys and Sean John, sorry but that's bummy. I really hope he doesn't try to switch his look or any of his artist's look up to make them seem "applying to the streetwear culture".

We'll see what Supreme has in the making with Diddy but I only see bad coming out of that deal. But to me this relationship is like Oil and Water, the two don't mix...

You be the judge...

¡Blah!: Where's Wayne?...

It's been a while since done a BLAH or shared my thoughts on some bizarre stuff that I've come across while surfing the net. 2dopeboyz posted a new Young Money song titled "Where's Wayne?"

The title alone made me question, what could this song possibly be about. It starts off with a remake version of the Showboys classic song Drag Rap. Right off the bat...CORNY

Then not only that, the song title is really what the song is about. It's kind of like a where in the world is carmen sandiego theme execept where in the world in weezy? I didn't listen to the whole thing but if you listen to enough, you may think like i did and say....I know there a tight group or whatever and they all respect wayne but this song they kind of put him on a pedistool and in a way sound like there on his dick a little too much. Maybe it was like a thank you type deal/ suprise look what we made for you type song or Maybe the people at Young Money/Cash Money told them we're going to do this track, but as a artist on Young Money, I don't know I woulda been 100 percent on board for this song.

You be the judge...

Blah ze Blah X Curren$y: Higher Learning ~ Merry Kushmas

This past weekend, for those who follow and keep up you know that wiz khalifa and Curren$y stopped by in Richmond for a performance. Bingo Jay Curry Dub and Trav all came down for the weekend and we did our thing. Saturday at 5pm Henry's was having there meet and greet with Curren$y and Wiz. We roll through, wait around, and the odor of strong weed fills the air, Curren$y was in the building. Right off, cool as shit. Live dapping people up, and then he stops.

Now all who know us know we love shoes and Curren$y loves sneaks, so real recognize real and he makes a PSA for everyone in the store that Jay Curry is doing the damn thing with the NIKE AIR JORDAN '99 IVs. Every knows Curren$y loves to smoke, and of course everyone keeps presenting him blunts...Another PSA:

The surgent General say you can get cancer in the lungs and mouth. You gotta invest in some papers, because the general doesn't say nothing about them... Just a healthy smokers tip...

Trav, came through and had the zags on him and rolls up. One thing leads to another, and we're all in the back of Henrys...From there we made the new 09 holiday, Merry Kushmas and for anyone interested in learning how to bake Kushberry Muffins, here's to you:

Henrys was cool...later, we headed to the club, like every other club venue i've been to, people have been on there bs....the opening acts came out late, they were horrible, the club venue sucked, speakers sucked, mic bummy, crowd restless, but when Curren$y and Wiz finally came out, it got better. Overall I was dissappointed because the show was nothing like the videos I'd seen of there other live performances but mainly I was mad at the club and how bad it was. Fun day to say the least...A lot of stories and cool moments from that day and here are some more pics to sum it all up!

¡Blah!: THe Orphan

TOday while at work, I get 2 texts shot to my phone, asking if I wanted to go see this movie, The Orphan. From the previews, i thought this flick was gonna be horrible and just like a typical crazy little girl movies, with a bunch of pop outs and crazy unrealistic events. Well, having nothing better to do, Me Shane Phamlay and Jay Curry took the trip to the theaters and BOY WAS I WRONG.

This isn't your typical scary movie where the little girl is just crazy and like unnatural things start to happen. If you had doubts about this but want to see something kind of ruthless and wreckless, go see this. I thought i found it to be worth it...

¡Blah!: KFC Chillin'

So the other night I'm chillin' watching tv or whatever and I get a text from my man Alex (Phamlay). He was like, look up this video on youtube of Delonte West. I slept on it at first but then today, I dropped by my man Shane's house, and he was talking about the same video. This is what we saw....

This fool Delonte West and his cousin, who looks like Savion Glover to me, are in the parking lot of a KFC waiting for there large order to come out. To kill time, they decided to freestyle about food
The videos kind of long but enjoy!

¡Blah!: Slippin', Fallin', Can't Get Up

While I was away for the weekend without a computer I missed a few things that's been talked about on the web. One I thought was particularily funny and just "DAMN" was the slip-up in Philly that Drake encountered. As he is about to perform is highly overplayed radio smash Best I Ever Had...as soon as the Dj "DROPS THAT SHIT", Drake, drops and busts his shit, so bad that he was helped off stage. Wayne then slightly cooks him, (depending on your prospective on drake), by mentioning Drakes past roll on the show Degrassi.

Ex Bad Boy

Wow, looking at 2dopeboyz, i came across this shocking, "Where are they now?"-like segment, ex Bad Boy artist, Loon, has been out the rap thing for a while, but you always wonder, where the hell these people end up going, or what they end up doing after there career has been shut down.

Do they start up a business? Do they linger in the dimmed light? Do they move on and get a job doing something else? or If your an ex Bad Boy Rapper out of the spot like, do you get thrown in jail or do you pull a Mase and have a religious conversion?

Looks like Loon went above and beyond with his....

Blah: One of My Favorite White Guys

Very Random but I was on my way home tonight and this song came on, on the late night, I haven't heard the song in a minute so you know i had my car stereo on blast, singing my alil lungs out. If you didn't know, Bobbby Caldwell is the man.

A Drivers Worst Nightmare Above and Beyond

Speeding, anyone who drives a car does it every time they touch the wheel. Now there are clearing different types of speeding and speeders, but speeding is just a natural thing for all drivers. When I opened the Internet Explorer, i read something terrible:

on AOL there was a story that read: Cops In The Sky

Basically in a handful of states in the US, Cops us an aircraft to moniter speeding on the highways. Crazy sneaky. Apparently in some states, there are special lines painted on the road, the aircraft can get you a ticket for speeding, and you won't even know it til later. Crazy! I hope I never find myself in state with some sneaky police system..NOT COOL

Poll: Who's Death Do You Think will Be Bigger Worldwide?

The day that Michael Jackson died, all of us were down in Myrtile Beach, South Carolina for Beach Week 09 (craziest week which will be postted about very shortly), when news broke about Jacksons death, we were all chilling on the deck doing beach week activities. All of sudden people from hotels and on the street were yelling Michael Jackson had died. We rushed to the CNN broadcast to see. While sitting there, we all got to talking about basketball, mainly because it was the same day as the NBA draft. The question heavily debated question came up:

Who's Death Is Going to Be Bigger Worldwide? Michael Jackson or Michael Jordan?

We've argued about this question almost every single day, and every day the vote is about split. What do you think?

¡Blah!: Cops Edition

Very Random, but i thought was an interesting video. This white dude goes above and beyond to prove a point, but funny. He definitely beasted.

¡BlAhH!: Very Reckless Edition Part 1

After the Los Angles Lakers won there 15th Championship, LA lost there minds, for NO REASON.

VERY RECKLESS

One sneaker shop found them in the wrong place at the wrong time. Unfortunately, Holy Grail, a sneaker shop in LA was LOOTED and trashed.
AGAIN:

VERY RECKLESS
